Formed in 2015, co-founder Adam Paronto used his apartment to start his coffee business. Soon the first Reprise Coffee cafe was opened in the West Lake Forest Train Station and a second followed in Winnetka. It wasn’t long until they knew a website was necessary so that others outside of Lake Forest could have a chance to share great roasted coffee from around the world. With personal customer service that complements their specialty coffee, Reprise Coffee has been moving toward their goals.
When it came time to design a website of their own, Reprise Coffee Roasters developed 5 specific goals:

- Tell their story by distinguishing their brand, their values, and the quality of their coffee.

- Rank high locally on Google for “coffee shop” in Lake County, Illinois.

Coffee has been around for a long time. Places like Starbucks are ingrained in our society as a strong household name. Reprise Coffee, though exceptional coffee, was new to the industry, which presented two specific problems: (1) they had little traction and exposure (both physically and virtually) in their market that comprises of big-name companies that sell both high quality coffee, expensive coffee (e.g. Starbucks and Savaya Coffee) and low-end, inexpensive coffee (e.g., Dunkin’ Donuts and Folgers); and (2) services like Yelp were expensive and inefficient.
Reprise Coffee needed a website that was highly functional, aesthetically appealing, and user-friendly and mobile-friendly. To generate recurring revenue, they also wanted a coffee club.
