Reliant Radon offers radon testing and radon mitigation services in the greater Denver area. Operated by owner Terry Kerwin, Reliant Radon is dedicated to excellent customer service and to doing things the correct way.
Problem
A previous agency was providing underperforming results. A lack of consistent leads mixed with slow customer service from the agency was frustrating and made it difficult to expand.
Solution
AdeptPlus built a new website to replace the one Reliant Radon could no longer maintain, and developed and implemented a website traffic strategy to bring leads to the company.

The Challenge
Reliant Radon was looking to generate more leads but had been growing dissatisfied at the challenge of doing so. Keeping multiple crews working with a slow pipeline was a challenge.
And with dozens of other competitors in town, Reliant Radon was buried under the competitors’ websites. Yes, Reliant Radon does a better job than the competitors, but that’s hard to explain in the limited promotional space these kinds of sites provide.

The Solution
AdeptPlus first built a roadmap to take Reliant Radon from their digital capability at the time to a place where they could leverage the Internet to easily acquire customers.
We thoroughly studied Reliant Radon’s competitors and did extensive keyword research to understand where and how the market was searching for radon testing and mitigation contractors.
Then we broke the project down into two parts: first, we built a new search-engine-optimized website, and then implemented some traffic generation tactics. We created Google Ads campaigns to strategically target specific areas.
In short, we drove more traffic to a better website.
The Results: The Reliant Radon project resulted in some impressive success metrics:

55% of traffic now comes through SEO.
